newly renovated hotel, close proximity to office, functional layout
It's unfortunate that the phone in my room was frayed and possibly a fire hazard!!! I also couldn't believe the staff seemed unconcerned with the mess of empty toiletries I faced multiple times!!! It’s strange dealing with poor cleanliness on occupied floors!!!

The indoor pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day of exploring. The breakfast had a nice variety, including a yogurt toppings bar that my friends loved.
The restroom floor in my room was noticeably dirty, which detracted from the overall experience.

Comfortable stay with nice amenities
The breakfast had a good variety and was well-stocked, making mornings pleasant. The indoor pool was refreshing, and the lobby offered a great space for relaxing. The location provided easy access to local dining options.
The room felt a bit smaller than expected, and some amenities, while nice, could use a little polishing. Notably, the cleanliness in some areas required more attention to detail.

We explored some local attractions and enjoyed chilling at the pool. The staff made us feel welcome, and talking to Pennye and Dana was a highlight. The breakfast spread had good options to kickstart our days, ensuring we were fueled for adventures.
One thing that was a letdown was the lack of extra towels. When we asked for more, they were out, which was frustrating after long days of exploring.

Just a fine choice for a brief stop-in in Batesville with very good value for money. The indoor pool area was nice and well kept. Bring your own toiletries to be safe.

missingWrote a review on May 25varied breakfastspacious roommalfunctioning sensorslow internetdistraction
The breakfast featured standout options like a yogurt toppings bar and hearty dishes such as biscuits with gravy, eggs, and sausage. Unfortunately, the fire sensor in my room was malfunctioning all night, causing distractions, and the internet speed was quite slow at around 10mb. Despite these issues, the room layout was excellent for family stays, making it feel spacious enough for extended visits.
